Means of Egress reports encompasses six Essential Safety Measure items that are required to be maintained on a quarterly inspection basis. A thorough knowledge of Part D of the Building Code of Australia (BCA) is necessary in order to competently recognise defects and non compliances both internally and externally of the building/s. Alternative solutions may also be applicable, subsequently affecting the Means of Egress requirements and requiring a review of Occupancy Permit details.

ESM Compliance will clearly illustrate any defects identified during the inspection and we pride ourselves on researching and / or providing the best, most cost effective method of rectification to meet compliance with Part D BCA.

ESM Compliance will provide certification on Means of Egress items upon 12 months of inspection and reporting.
