Annual Essential Safety Measures Reports
The Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR) is an annual legal requirement and is used to confirm that the owner has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that each Essential Safety Measure is operating at the required level of performance and has been maintained as required.
Maintenance / Repairs of all ESMs
Ensure fire equipment and ESMs are operating in accordance with AS 1851 – 2012. Test and Tag service as per AS 3760.
Maintenance Determinations / Schedules
ESM Compliance can prepare or update a Maintenance Determination / Maintenance Schedule by a Registered Building Surveyor as permitted under Regulation 219. We can create a consolidated list of ESM’s and their maintenance requirements from existing Occupancy Permits or Maintenance Determinations.
