Annual Essential Safety Measures Reports

The Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR) is an annual legal requirement and is used to confirm that the owner has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that each Essential Safety Measure is operating at the required level of performance and has been maintained as required.​

Maintenance / Repairs of all ESMs

Ensure fire equipment and ESMs are operating in accordance with AS 1851 – 2012. Test and Tag service as per AS 3760.

Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Reports

A professional Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) inspection of your workplace is essential for creating ongoing and sustainable improvements to employee health, safety, well-being and productivity. ESM Compliance specialises in workplace health and safety audits, risk assessments and OH&S advice.

Maintenance Determinations / Schedules

ESM Compliance can prepare or update a Maintenance Determination / Maintenance Schedule by a Registered Building Surveyor as permitted under Regulation 219. We can create a consolidated list of ESM’s and their maintenance requirements from existing Occupancy Permits or Maintenance Determinations. This consolidated document is known as a Maintenance Schedule.

Passive Inspections & Reports

ESM Compliance specialises in passive audit reports. Our inspection and corresponding report is intended to identify Passive Fire System non compliances and bring them to the attention of the owner or manager responsible in order that corrective action can be taken if required.

Quarterly Means of Egress Inspections

Means of Egress reports encompasses six Essential Safety Measure items that are required to be maintained on a quarterly inspection basis. ESM Compliance will provide certification on Means of Egress items upon 12 months of inspection and reporting.
